The company are an absolute farce

Awful experience - Dont ever use
If I had read the review here previously, I wouldn't have used Thomas & Thomas Ltd

Another day of pain and stress…
Another day of pain and stress with the company that took the money and is not answering the phone

Attention fraudulent company
Been emailed wrong appointments. How there management have got the authority to give out appointments is beyond me. No phone call to say they will be late.

My second review
My second review. I called again about my refund and and the guy was not able to find my data in the system. The guy that rang me Friday said he was refunding my money. I have enough of the lies been said to me. Especially that they cant find the phone conversation that made the mistake ????

Awful experience
No help at all for an issue that’s not my fault and I’m trying to rectify, really hope I don’t have to contact them again.

Never get any products with these Months of waiting These ain’t with the call they never do a thing Wait? Oh yes they do they pass the buck to some other company. What’s wrong Thomas & Thomas to scarred to call me. Sending me no letters as requested Some one sent a email telling me basically look at my last email from when last year? These ain’t and never will be interested at all they give out wrong information and lie,s about not saying things.
